Our Anti-Infection Measures
When shaving teeth, tiny water and dust particles invisible to the human eye are scattered to the air. We make use of the “Free-Arm Alteo S” machine in our clinic to prevent these particles from being ingested.
The Free Arm machine sucks up the fine particles in the air during treatment, and assists greatly in creating a clean environment for our clinic.

Creatin a Clean Treatment Evironment
During treatment, fine particles can enter a person’s body and lungs without anyone knowing.
Ingesting these fine particles has different effects depending on the size, but generally cause harm to the body.
To maintain a clean and healthy environment, our clinic uses the Alteo Vacuum System.
The Alteo Vacuum system protects the health of our doctors and staff. The doctors, staff, patients, and everyone involved in our clinic are aware of the considerable problems that may arise from infections being caused in the facilities.
When conducting treatments like shaving teeth, the possibility of the doctors, staff, and patients getting infected by these fine particles is considerably high.
When cutting teeth, the Free Arm immediately collects these particles and prevents both the clinic staff and patients from undue infections.

Creating a Safe Treatment Environment
When performing dental surgeries, a clean and safe environment is a major contributing factor the patient's ability to feel peace of mind.
People, by nature, tend to collect dust and even an exceptionally clean person can spread 100,000 dust particles (each less than 0.3 microns) in a single minute, jut by sitting down. That number goes up to 2,500,000 just by standing up, and rises even beyond 5,000,000 dust particles being spread while walking.
At Ro Dental Office, we make use of the Clean Area Plus, which when activated creates an environment with a Cleanroom Classification of 10,000. (According to NASA (NASA NHB5340.2), a Cleanroom Classification of 10,000 is defined by a 1 cubic foot environment in which there are less than 10,000 dust particles of 0.5 or more micrometers in size).
Equipped with a (patented) honeycomb filter capable of purifying 99.97% of 0.3 micron sized dust particles in a given environment, Clean Area Plus is to release the purified area into the area directly beneath it to eliminate fine dust particles.
Furthermore, as Clean Area Plus circulates purified air at the equivalent of 70 drums per minute, it is able to effectively replace the air in a room of over 65 cubic meters in as little as 10 mins.
Droplet Infection
Droplet infection is caused when the microorganisms contained in droplets of 5 microns or larger are inhaled.
When an infected person coughs or sneezes, droplets are spread, and their range usually extends to within a meter.
Preventing the spread of these droplets by successfully stopping them at the source contributes greatly the prevention of infection from them.

Preventing infection of our medical staff
